21 Apr 2026 4/21 Rotary Community Service-The Lord's Cupboard Apr 21, 2026 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM The Rotary Club of Minot is hoping to begin volunteering regularly at The Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry for Tuesday evening food pantry distribution, and we would love to have fellow Rotarians join us! You are welcome to invite friends or family to volunteer and help us fill shifts! This is a great opportunity to serve alongside fellow Rotarians and support neighbors in our community. We hope you can join us. Date: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Location: The Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry 1901 S Broadway, Suite 2 - Minot, ND Time commitment: We are looking for 6 volunteers for Tuesday, April 21st. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive anytime between 4:30–5:00 pm to help with setup. Food pantry distribution runs from 5:30–7:00 pm, and volunteers are usually finished shortly after 7:00 pm. Family participation: Kids are welcome to help with setup from 4:30–5:30 pm by stocking shelves and getting things ready for the evening. Please note that children cannot be present during the distribution portion due to liability guidelines. Parking and entrance: Please park on the street, to reserve parking lot for clients. Use the food pantry volunteer entrance on the north side of the building or the walk door next to the overhead garage door on the northeast corner of the building. If the door is locked, just knock.
04 May 2026 Rotary Scholarship Banquet May 04, 2026 11:45 AM - 1:30 PM Rotary Club of Minot Annual Scholarship Banquet Rotarians are encouraged to arrive early to greet scholarship award winners. The banquet will start promptly at Noon. Location: Minot State University Student Center - 3rd Floor Conference Center The Student Center is located on the MSU Campus at the corner of 11th Ave NW and Broadway. Parking: Park in the East lot of the Student Center building. Directions: Walk in the front doors and you will see Rotary greeters that can direct you where to go, as well as sandwich boards set out to give directions. Use the elevator to the right of the main entrance to go directly up to the 3rd Floor Conference Center. Lunch will be served benquet-style in the conference room. Dining/Lunch: Lunch will be served benquet-style in the conference room.
